Their website claims a full refund if returned within 30 days, but their emails state a £20 deduction for shipping. It appears to be a UK company, yet the material quality and style do not match what's advertised; it resembles products from China. For a dress priced over £130, the quality is disappointing. I strongly advise against purchasing from this site.

Do not place an order! I ordered two dresses last week and never received a confirmation or receipt, even though my payment was processed. I've contacted them, and they claim they cannot find my order! I've filed a dispute with my card company. Stay away from this service!
Don’t bother; it's very misleading. The items ship from abroad and take ages. I ordered on the 9th, and it's now the 17th with no delivery. Consider ordering 3-4 weeks in advance. If it doesn't fit, returning it will be costly. They misrepresent their shipping location. My advice: just don’t order.
