I continue to freelance with them. They are friendly, supportive, and understanding. Payments are always timely, and the compensation is excellent. It's unfortunate that some who had negative experiences resorted to harsh criticism. They are a dedicated and highly skilled team. I appreciate them greatly and wanted to commend them for their contributions, their work, and their kindness... EXCELLENT JOB!
I still freelance with them. They are kind, supportive, and compassionate. Payments are always prompt, and the compensation is very good. It's unfortunate that those with negative experiences chose to criticize them harshly. They are a dedicated and intelligent group, and I truly wanted to acknowledge their efforts, their work, and their kindness... GREAT JOB!
They track your tabs so switching to another service to select a song can wipe out your earnings just before payday. They promote a flexible, remote job, yet their website has numerous bugs. I completed several hours of work and was never compensated.
I published an entry-level job opportunity in Bookkeeping. The response from candidates was terrible, with many clearly unqualified. Most applicants seemed more focused on pronouns than on their careers! The cancellation process was nearly impossible, and I continued to be billed! I had to dispute charges and lock the credit card used for their service!
I was allowed to complete a task that was accepted, but then faced a block at the critical step: contract/payment onboarding. After being contacted for a project, I did the work, submitted it, and it was accepted. However, when I tried to proceed to get paid and access more tasks, I encountered an error. Only then did I learn about a USA-only contracting restriction that wasn't made clear upfront. This is unacceptable platform management. Eligibility restrictions should be prominently displayed before anyone begins, and the system should prevent submissions from individuals who can't be onboarded. The result: wasted time, frustration, and a process that seems legitimate until it fails. Trust is vital for gig platforms, and this experience severely undermined it.
This platform is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. Marketed to students and graduates as a career tool, it actually functions as a data trap, making it very difficult for users to manage or delete their personal information. From a data protection perspective, this company is a disaster. The right to erasure is fundamental, yet they go out of their way to complicate this process. Instead of providing clear means to delete accounts and personal data, they inundate users with circular help pages and vague instructions. This is not just inconvenient—it shows blatant disregard for legal requirements and user rights. Individuals are left in limbo, with sensitive data lingering on a system they wish to exit. For a company operating in Europe and the UK, this behavior is inexcusable and possibly unlawful. Additionally, the platform itself is poorly designed and unhelpful, primarily benefiting institutions and recruiters rather than the individuals whose data fuels it.
I had an extremely disappointing experience due to unauthorized recurring charges exceeding $2,000.00. I never agreed to or used their premium subscription service. When I raised this issue, their customer support was dismissive, refused refunds, and provided minimal help. The cancellation process was unclear and misleading, leading to unintended charges. This experience has severely impacted my trust in the service, and their reluctance to address the issue promptly is troubling. I strongly advise potential customers to closely monitor their interactions with this service and be aware of their subscription policies. The support and billing practices are lacking in transparency and integrity.
This platform is unreliable. I regret my college using them for their career services. I created a job seeker profile through my college's account and received nothing but inquiries from unqualified hiring agents. It's been over a year, and I've only encountered scams. I requested my school to delete my profile, assuming they did, but it remains, suggesting it's also being used for data mining. Completely unacceptable.
