It has been 3 months since I submitted my complaint for a delayed flight, and despite notifying them that it was for both passengers, they have come back stating that the claim needs to be resubmitted for both. Why wait 3 months to inform me of this? Completely unhelpful. They didn’t even address me by name in their response. Don’t waste your time.
