The user interface is not very user-friendly. I emailed my documents related to expenses, only to receive a message on the portal stating that I failed to upload them. It's not the easiest system to navigate!

Steady Progress

The process of compiling the claim was straightforward, although I missed the chance to respond to the airline's evidence because it wasn't clear that a response was possible, and I couldn't view their evidence anyway. The claim was eventually resolved in my favor, but it took 7 months mainly due to waiting for the service to review submissions.

It has been 3 months since I submitted my complaint for a delayed flight, and despite notifying them that it was for both passengers, they have come back stating that the claim needs to be resubmitted for both. Why wait 3 months to inform me of this? Completely unhelpful. They didn’t even address me by name in their response. Don’t waste your time.
