We raised a dispute with Ryanair via ADR Aviation, trying to recover our money from Ryanair. After they contacted Ryanair, they came back to us saying that Ryanair objected to our claim and they will escalate it, but that's it. I tried a few times to contact them for an update and they did not respond to any of my emails. After almost one year, they sent me a generic email, stating that my case has been closed, without any explanation whatsoever.I wasted my time with them, when I probably could have found another company that was willing to do something.I would not recommend this company to anyone.
