I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this recent experience will likely be my last. I spent a significant amount over three weeks ago, and despite being told my order was 'in transit,' I never received a tracking number. It’s clear the item hasn’t shipped at all. Customer service is almost nonexistent, with only automated responses and no real assistance. Additionally, the quality has noticeably declined. The fabrics feel cheap and uncomfortable, unlike the soft, organic materials they used to use. The designs have also become quite silly. It seems like the focus has shifted for some reason. This brand used to be unique and worth the price, but now it feels like poor support, declining quality, and unmet promises. I’m truly disappointed.
