Loyalty Fading

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this latest experience will likely be my last. I spent a significant amount over three weeks ago, and despite being told my order was 'in transit,' I never received a tracking number. It’s clear the item hasn’t shipped at all. Customer service is almost nonexistent, with only automated responses and no real assistance. Additionally, the quality has noticeably declined. The fabrics feel cheap and uncomfortable, unlike the soft, organic materials they used to use. The designs have also become quite silly. It seems like the focus has shifted for some reason. This brand used to be unique and worth the price, but now it feels like poor support, declining quality, and unmet promises. I’m truly disappointed.

Avoid This Brand at All Costs.

If I could rate zero stars, I would. This brand has become the worst shopping experience I’ve had in years. I’m sharing this to prevent others from going through the nightmare I faced with a pair of sweatpants that fell apart faster than cheap fabric. I bought four items in September. After using two, one pair of sweatpants literally began disintegrating after two wears, and the sweatshirt looked faded. I didn’t even use the other two items, which were meant as gifts but will now be returned due to likely poor quality. The fabric is so thin and poorly made that it’s almost insulting given the high price. The quality is nowhere near what they claim. Customer service is a joke; I called multiple times without ever speaking to a real person. All I encountered were AI chatbots pretending to assist. When I finally got in touch via email, the representative couldn’t even confirm if he was a real person. Instead of taking responsibility for sending me a defective product, they made me go through the hassle of returning it for a partial refund. They clearly don’t care about customer inconvenience. After this, I’m returning everything I bought. I refuse to handle overpriced sweatpants that can’t survive normal wear. This company focuses on marketing rather than substance. Save yourself the trouble and find brands that value their customers.

No Returns Allowed

I am unable to return a sweatshirt that arrived today. It fits completely differently than other items in the same size and they won’t exchange it for store credit or a different size.

Enjoyed the Experience

I had a great time visiting the store and getting a neon purple hoodie and shirt. The experience was fun, especially trying everything on for the first time!

Avoid Online Orders!!!

I keep hoping things will change, but they haven't. The company continues to mess up orders and shipping. I’ve been waiting for a package for over a week. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! I always receive the wrong order and it takes forever. I won’t order online again!

Terrible Service and Quality

The customer service and clothing quality are the worst I've encountered. They disappear mid-conversation and offer excuses about their products. I will never shop with them again. Buyer beware.

Frustrating Job Application Process

I applied for a job and everything seemed promising. The manager said he would reach out about the second interview, which felt encouraging. However, after a week with no response, I emailed for an update. Three weeks later, I received a reply saying I wasn’t chosen for the job without any explanation. I’m not upset about not getting the job, but I’m frustrated that my time was wasted without proper communication.

Frustrated with Quality

I own three hoodies and am really frustrated by the excessive pilling that has developed. Given the high price, this issue severely affects the product's quality. It detracts from the overall appearance and gives off a cheap look that harms the brand’s image. Better materials, like 100% cotton, would align the product with the brand's promise of quality. The quality has significantly declined since I started buying their products.
