Awful customer service, you can't speak to a person if you run into a snag. I bought a support package only to find out it was an online support, which I could get anyway. I feel ripped off.I use ProTools which I am tied to because all my mixes are on that system but other DAWs seem much better. I find their site really hard to navigate and not clear what to do when I get on the site.
