I've been participating in surveys for a while after a recommendation from a well-known airline. Initially, it was frustrating, but it has deteriorated significantly. It feels like they are taking my survey responses without providing the promised rewards! I often spend over an hour searching for a survey that doesn’t abruptly end after just one question. Almost every time I get to participate, I am informed that I am not qualified to continue, usually after completing 80-85% of the survey! Recently, I was told I wasn’t suitable after investing nearly 19 and a half minutes into a 20-minute survey. This seems like clear data theft! I finish a large portion of what is labeled a 20-minute survey, only for it to end prematurely with no reward. They retain your answers and benefit from your data while giving you nothing in return! In summary, this service feels like a complete waste of time. I am astonished that a reputable airline continues to endorse and collaborate with such a company! Honestly, I believe they don't even deserve one star, but unfortunately, the review platform does not allow for a lower rating!
