I've been participating in surveys for a while after a recommendation from a well-known airline. Initially, it was frustrating, but it has deteriorated significantly. It feels like they are taking my survey responses without providing the promised rewards! I often spend over an hour searching for a survey that doesn’t abruptly end after just one question. Almost every time I get to participate, I am informed that I am not qualified to continue, usually after completing 80-85% of the survey! Recently, I was told I wasn’t suitable after investing nearly 19 and a half minutes into a 20-minute survey. This seems like clear data theft! I finish a large portion of what is labeled a 20-minute survey, only for it to end prematurely with no reward. They retain your answers and benefit from your data while giving you nothing in return! In summary, this service feels like a complete waste of time. I am astonished that a reputable airline continues to endorse and collaborate with such a company! Honestly, I believe they don't even deserve one star, but unfortunately, the review platform does not allow for a lower rating!

After referring someone and them completing the necessary steps, I did not receive my bonus points. I sent multiple emails to resolve this issue but received the same response stating that my referral had completed their part, with no mention of my bonus points. I filed a complaint but got no response. I'm really disappointed.
In short, it's frustrating. You start a survey, only for it to disappear after a few minutes, telling you it's not for you or has expired. This has happened repeatedly over the last 10 days, and I’ve only earned 120 points, which isn’t worth the hassle.
This service operates like a scam. I wasted 5-6 minutes on multiple surveys only to be told I was not qualified. One particular survey took 2 hours and compelled me to quit without earning anything. Don't trust them; it's simply not worth your time.
You receive an email inviting you to share your thoughts. You click the link, start a survey, and after 5 minutes of answering, you're told the survey is finished. You try another, and the same thing happens repeatedly. I never complete a survey. It feels like they are just gathering information for free.
