I place an order In 16 feb 2025, unfortunately had to return the item and they received my item on 5th March 2025, I requested for a credit note so I can get a size smaller, however they are not responding to emails, and when they do, they stated I will get my refund in 10 working days and its been 12 working days and I am still chasing them. They sent me an email back stating they have not received my item back, even when I had sent it via tracking and provided all the proof. I am still chasing them, and I have not heard back, I will calling my bank tomorrow and making a claim as well. I would not recommend this company at all unless you want to have the worse service of your life. They provide a phone number however no one picks up the line EVER, emails response are extremely slow and poor, they are not helpful at all. I would be very careful when buying with this company.
