I placed order in Dec25 and here now Feb26 and it said it was delivered in never came, they said resent and that tracking info link is bad so ill be filing claim as well with bank so disappointed they need to shut them down clearly they are scammers and shouldnt be allowed to continue using the site

Absolutely despicable, unprofessional avoid spending your money with them ordered a jacket did not receive my jacket and customer service do not reply to messages for a big brand like this it’s very unacceptable and I’m going to file a big complaint against them
I place an order In 16 feb 2025, unfortunately had to return the item and they received my item on 5th March 2025, I requested for a credit note so I can get a size smaller, however they are not responding to emails, and when they do, they stated I will get my refund in 10 working days and its been 12 working days and I am still chasing them. They sent me an email back stating they have not received my item back, even when I had sent it via tracking and provided all the proof. I am still chasing them, and I have not heard back, I will calling my bank tomorrow and making a claim as well. I would not recommend this company at all unless you want to have the worse service of your life. They provide a phone number however no one picks up the line EVER, emails response are extremely slow and poor, they are not helpful at all. I would be very careful when buying with this company.
