We prepaid for a rental from the airport. To summarize, the service attempted to charge me for an additional driver ($115.02), which was never requested. My original rental agreement clearly states $0 for additional services. I disputed this charge through my credit card and didn’t hear back until over two months later when they tried to charge me again for an additional driver, this time for $173.86 at a location we never visited. Now, I’m disputing this new charge. They claimed I signed the rental agreement upon return, but I refused to sign, so if they have a signature, it must be forged. My copy states "refused to sign." This service feels entirely fraudulent.
