We prepaid for our rental from the airport. To summarize, the service attempted to charge me for an additional driver ($115.02), which was never requested. My initial rental agreement clearly states $0 for any additional services. I disputed this charge through my credit card and didn’t receive any communication until over two months later when they tried to charge me again for an additional driver, this time for $173.86 at a location we never visited. Now, I'm disputing this new charge as well. They claimed I agreed and signed the rental agreement when I returned the car, but I refused to sign, so if they have a signature, it must be forged. My copy indicates "refused to sign." This service feels completely fraudulent.
My experience was completely frustrating. The car I received was not clean and had mechanical issues. The staff were unhelpful and dismissive when I raised my concerns. The billing process was confusing and seemed inaccurate, adding more stress to an already bad experience. I will not use this service again and cannot recommend it.

I returned my car here instead of the airport, as allowed in my contract, and the employee reacted as if I was doing something wrong. He spent 10 minutes trying to refuse the return, insisting it would take hours to inspect for damages—a process that felt extremely suspicious. Even after I agreed to wait, the employee was aggressive and confrontational. He refused to connect me to a manager, claiming he was in charge. I recorded the interaction without his knowledge, and he clearly behaved aggressively. Despite having evidence of pre-existing damages, the staff flatly refused to review it. I reached out to executives, expecting an investigation, but instead, a regional manager defended the employee and ignored my emails. I received another invoice claiming the repair costs exceeded what I was originally charged and was asked to pay again. I felt pressured to pay out of fear. I have rented cars worldwide and have never encountered such hostility or unfair processes.
I rented a car from 12 to 20 August at the airport. My flight was delayed, but the representative waited for me, which was very helpful. Otherwise, I would have needed a hotel for the night for four people. I received the car with a full tank and returned it the same way. I bought full insurance and returned it on time. The amount reserved from my credit card was visible for two weeks, but that was no problem. I don’t understand why there are so many dissatisfied people; I had a great experience and think they are a good service.
