We booked a rental car but upon arrival at the airport, they refused to give us the car despite having paid and received a confirmation. They were unhelpful when we tried to arrange a new booking, and we would have had to pay €400 more for the same car. They also refused to refund our original payment. Overall, this was a deeply disappointing experience. If possible, I would give zero stars.
