I had a terrible experience. I rented a car and returned it in perfect condition. The staff at the return did not mention any damages. However, I later received an email claiming there were scratches on the vehicle. To make matters worse, they refused to return my deposit and claimed I still owed them money. This feels fraudulent. Customers deserve fair treatment, but my experience was the opposite. I will never rent from this service again and advise others to be cautious.
