Scam AVIS Bremen AirportScam at AVIS Budget Bremen Airport! We rented a car at AVIS Budget car for only a few hours. Pickup and drop off were at Bremen airport. We checked the car when we left the garage and we checked it thoroughly when we dropped it off. The check was done not only by us, but also by an employee of AVIS. He gave us the OK sign and told us everything is okay. There was no damage seen by the us and the employee. No phone call or email, just a letter after one and half week with a damage of 600 euro. After some phone calls they told us the damage is 600 euro for a minor scratch. Minor scratch…..? You can imagine that we were really surprised. I am commercial pilot for a major airline company and I have never experienced this. I rent a lot of cars all over the world, but this is unbelievable. I wonder how AVIS will solve this. One thing is for sure, It won’t end here. Apparently more people have the same experience.Keep you posted
