!!!STEER CLEAR OF THIS SERVICE!!! I sincerely hope a manager reviews these negative experiences and takes steps to rectify this unacceptable situation. The customer experience here is truly disappointing. Our story is brief: my company and I intended to rent a van for a week. Initially, in October 2025, we were quoted a price of 1650€, but due to a system error, we couldn't finalize the reservation. The representative assured us that they would honor the price when the issue was fixed. We spent two months trying to confirm our reservation, but no one could provide a clear answer. Eventually, in December 2025, we were told the price had risen to 2500€. We will definitely not be proceeding with this booking and will never recommend this service. Their customer support is severely lacking.
