Here's a brief overview: my company and I intended to rent a van for a week. Initially, in October 2025, we were quoted a price of 1650€, but due to a system error, the reservation couldn't be finalized. The representative assured us they would honor the price once the issue was resolved. For two months, we attempted to confirm the reservation, but received no clear answers. Eventually, after two months—by December 2025—we were told the price had risen to 2500€. We will not be proceeding with the booking and will never recommend this service to anyone. Their customer support is severely lacking.

I prepaid for a car rental in Chania, Greece, and included my flight number in the booking. We arrived at 00:05 with a two-hour delay, only to find the office closed and no car available. We had to spend extra on a taxi. The following day, when seeking guidance, the office told us to consult the website for company policies, claiming they were merely "employees". Avoid this service.
An awful experience with this service. I booked a car to pay upon arrival, and while on the bus from the plane to the terminal, I received a call at 11:30 urging me to accept a contract before the desk closed at 12. I never got that text or accepted any contract, yet they attempted to charge £650 to my card without permission, despite the original rental being £630. They didn't have the car we initially wanted, which I understand, but we declined the alternative without being informed about a no-show fee. They charged me anyway, and when I called the local desk, the representative was unhelpful. It feels like they just want to take your money, and their customer service is appalling! I will never use them again.
Upon arriving at baggage claim, we went to the service desk where several staff members were unoccupied. We were directed to pick up our car about 400 meters away. When we arrived, there were about 15 staff members present, yet they seemed indifferent to assisting customers. I spoke with other clients in line who agreed it was a chaotic and poorly organized situation.

We didn't receive the vehicle we booked, but a different one that was labeled as 'brand new.' Upon returning, they searched for reasons to charge us and found a tiny scratch, barely 1–2 mm, on the plastic guard, demanding over 500 SEK. Such minor damage is normal wear and tear and shouldn't incur outrageous fees. The agent's attitude was aggressive and unprofessional, almost as if they were trying to extort money. Their communication was curt and dismissive. My experience with this service is that it operates unprofessionally and engages in questionable practices that should be investigated. No traveler should have to endure this.
I booked a car advertised online as suitable for 4 large pieces of luggage and 4 passengers. This was inaccurate. The vehicle only accommodated 3 large bags and one in the back seat, making for an uncomfortable journey with four people. The service did not respond to my emails, demonstrating a lack of understanding.
