Caution regarding this rental service! My initial interaction with the agent was dreadful—arrogant and rude. We didn't receive the vehicle we booked, but a different one that was labeled as 'brand new.' Upon returning, they searched for reasons to charge us and found a tiny scratch, barely 1–2 mm, on the plastic guard, demanding over 500 SEK. Such minor damage is normal wear and tear and shouldn't incur outrageous fees. The agent's attitude was aggressive and unprofessional, almost as if they were trying to extort money. Their communication was curt and dismissive. My experience with this service is that it operates unprofessionally and engages in questionable practices that should be investigated. No traveler should have to endure this.
