We rented a car at Rhodes international airport and was greeted by Rafeal who spoke very good English and made the collection very easy we were given an upgrade and were delighted that we had been given a BMW! As we wanted to travel around the island.Unfortunately after the second day of travel a warning light came up on dash board so we decided to return the vehicle to Rafeal . He couldn’t of been more helpful he quickly arranged a replacement vehicle so we could continue our holiday and assured us that if the bmw was fixed he would arrange to have it delivered to our hotel.He telephoned later in the week to say they had another car a Volkswagen Passat if we would prefer it to the one we had been given and would deliver to the hotel, we were very happy with the car he had sourced when we returned the BMW so decided to keep it for the remainder of the holiday. We all felt that Rafeal gave us all exceptional service and is an asset to the Avis company big thank you Rafeal x
