I sincerely hope a manager will take notice of the numerous negative reviews and address this unacceptable situation. The customer experience here is truly disappointing. Here's a brief overview: my company and I intended to rent a van for a week. Initially, in October 2025, we were quoted a price of 1650€, but due to a system error, the reservation couldn't be finalized. The representative assured us they would honor the price once the issue was resolved. For two months, we attempted to confirm the reservation, but received no clear answers. Eventually, after two months—by December 2025—we were told the price had risen to 2500€. We will not be proceeding with the booking and will never recommend this service to anyone. Their customer support is severely lacking.
