When we returned the car at Faro airpot one of us forget his cellphone in the car. We reported this 2 hours later on Lissabon airport. After a cpouple of email and phone call, and aprox 1.5 weeks, we finally got an answer. "There was no phone in the car" Really!? Maybe there had been a car burglary, and they forgot to mention that for us? If no burglary had taken place, you cant help thinking that -maybe- some of the staff retained it!?This sucks!
