The worst experience ever

I would rate it lower than one star if possible. I made a reservation but did not receive the vehicle I requested, ending up paying more than double due to unrequested insurance. The process took over an hour due to distracted staff. When I finally contacted customer service about the unexpected charges, I received no answers for over five months. This company is a joke, and their customer service is appalling. I advise everyone to steer clear of this service.

Claim fraud

I rented a vehicle that was old and had an unpleasant smell. Upon returning it in the same condition, I received a claims letter stating I had damaged the car and owed $500! It's a total scam. I will never rent from this company again—beware!

STEER CLEAR

I was fraudulently charged for insurance I didn't request at the airport. I already had insurance coverage. They lied, claiming they discussed this with us. DO NOT rent from this company. It's disgraceful that they allow such practices.

Unreachable customer service

I had a car accident with a rental 4 years ago. I noticed over €1,200 was taken from my credit card with no explanation, and it hasn't been refunded. I can't reach anyone responsible for my case, and they ignore my emails. When I do speak to representatives, they claim there's nothing they can do. After vague follow-ups from 2021 to 2023, I haven't heard anything since. Total scam. Avoid at all costs.

Disgraceful scam of a company - AVOID

This company is a disgraceful scam. I booked and paid for a vehicle online, only to be charged an extra £300 for insurance after my holiday, despite having already purchased damage refund insurance. They provided conflicting information regarding the excess deposit needed, which caused a panic when I was told I couldn’t have the car. Their representatives used dishonest tactics to extract more money from me, disregarding the incorrect information they provided throughout the process. It’s outrageous, and I now face debt for something that isn’t my fault.

Prepaid rental canceled due to unfair charges

I prepaid for a premium vehicle at the airport but was told I needed two credit cards in my name, which was not mentioned when I booked. Beware - Scam alert

This company is a scam. Upon returning the vehicle, I was wrongfully accused of damaging a tire, despite having photos proving otherwise. I filled out a form and sent an email but received no response, and they took an extra £200 from my account. Many others had similar experiences. It's infuriating!

One star is too generous

Additionally, I was charged a $382 one-way fee at the rental counter, then received an unexpected $1900 charge later. The company refuses to admit their error regarding the one-way rental.
