They repeatedly asked me the same questions and I've been on the chat for around half an hour now trying to change my personal details on car insurance policy. Please train staff to use a little common sense that if they move in with partner then their marital status has probably changed to "living with partner" etc. Multiple occasions on one very long chat. Policy price then went up by £110 for the renewal so I asked to cancel and the agent asked me why I wanted to cancel. I'm furious.
