I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this company. I had to take Aviva to the Financial Ombudsman to uphold my rights because they failed to notify me by phone or email that there was a problem with my account.
Instead, they relied on Royal Mail, which is incredibly slow, and even four months later they are still disputing the issue.
As a result, I’ve been deeply out of pocket, having had to set up car insurance again at a higher premium. Completely unacceptable service.
