This is the second negative review of this company. After my first 26/02/26, I was promised that my complaint had been 'escalated' in order to bring things to a satifactory resolution. This, sadly, has not happened. I put in a critical illness claim after my diagnosis of MND in September 2025. It is now March 2026. That is 7 months of waiting, all the time being told my case is 'complex' and assessors are working hard to get things done as quickly as possible. Throughout this process, the communication has been poor and I even got a phone call that was more like an interrogation than an update. I would advise potential customers to think twice before choosing this company for critical illness cover because it appears that they seem more interested in delaying payment than customer care. I now face an even longer wait with a potentially reduced payment. Why else would they spend so much time 'investigating'?
