I placed a large order over £100 and was later informed of a 15% discount. I tried to cancel my order to reorder, but that wasn't an option. When I contacted support, they were rude and unhelpful, insisting that I should have applied the discount at checkout. My order then arrived damaged, and items were missing. I attempted to contact customer service by text with no response, and when I called, I was charged. They denied items were on my order, despite my proof of purchase. We also didn't receive any of the free gifts we were promised. I gave up on the free items and just wanted what I paid for! I received a new order number, but I doubt I will use this service again.
