I have been an avon customer for years, and ordered online once my rep had finished. Never again!
There was a message flashed up saying there was an error and my paypal payment wasn't taken.
The payment was actually taken but the order didn't get processed.
Rang the number that had flashed up of message, for that number to no longer be in use
No way contacting avon on the website apart from a useless whatsapp bot! They gave me the email address of a finance team that was no longer in use and gave me another email. Tried that, automated reply but no other response.
Went through Paypal and used the email they had listed, got a response, but 5 days late still no resolve.
In the end I went back through paypal and got a refund straight away
Such a shame how this company has become
I will not be using them again!

When I contacted support, they were rude and unhelpful, insisting that I should have applied the discount at checkout. My order then arrived damaged, and items were missing. I attempted to contact customer service by text with no response, and when I called, I was charged. They denied items were on my order, despite my proof of purchase. We also didn't receive any of the free gifts we were promised. I gave up on the free items and just wanted what I paid for! I received a new order number, but I doubt I will use this service again.
Only consider this service if you're okay with waiting weeks for your order. I placed an order worth £40 for my mother's birthday 12 days in advance, believing that 3-5 days delivery would suffice. I was mistaken. My order was only dispatched on the 16th and arrived on the 22nd, two days after her birthday. I had to buy her other gifts elsewhere. A total waste of time; I won't be ordering again.
I ordered canisters of spray-on deodorant, but when they arrived, the packaging was damaged. Two canisters had broken lids, and one was dented, although the contents were fine. I shared the same review with the company, but they declined to publish it.
