Terrible Customer Service and Poor Product QualityI am incredibly disappointed with Avon and the unacceptable experience I recently had. After placing an order, not only was one item missing, but some of the products arrived damaged and poorly packaged. When I tried to reach out to customer service, I waited over 40 minutes on the phone without ever speaking to anyone.While Avon did send a replacement, it’s not enough to make up for the wasted time, frustration, and inconvenience caused by the missing and damaged items. There was also no offer of compensation for the multiple issues, and the lack of accountability is shocking.As a customer, I expected much better. I’m now considering reaching out directly to the CEO about this and sharing my experience across social media to warn others. I would not recommend Avon, and I will not be using their services again.
