Bad customer service.I placed an order and straight away i released the order had defaulted to a different address-my error for not checking. This has happened with a different store in the past and on contacting them they changed the address instantly. Avon however refused. I called them within 3 minutes of placing the order and was informed i couldnt change it as it was 'too' late. I asked if i could cancel and be refunded and id re-order. I was told no. I was told i had to wait for hermes to attempt delievery 3 times and return the parcel back to Avon. I explained that Hermes always leave parcels at that address on the doorstep so its no good for me to wait for the failed delivery and again was told nothing Avon could do. I was told to speak to Here's and ask them to change the delivery address but they wont do it unless requested by Avon. So now ive paid for an order i wont receive and im guessing if i try to claim it back they will state it was delivered as Hermes will of sent a photo of it on the doorstep :/ And this address is 3 hours away.Only order via a rep don't order online!!
