I have been an avon customer for years, and ordered online once my rep had finished. Never again!
There was a message flashed up saying there was an error and my paypal payment wasn't taken.
The payment was actually taken but the order didn't get processed.
Rang the number that had flashed up of message, for that number to no longer be in use
No way contacting avon on the website apart from a useless whatsapp bot! They gave me the email address of a finance team that was no longer in use and gave me another email. Tried that, automated reply but no other response.
Went through Paypal and used the email they had listed, got a response, but 5 days late still no resolve.
In the end I went back through paypal and got a refund straight away
Such a shame how this company has become
I will not be using them again!
