DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! Lorraine A caused more trouble and confusion than she did help. Even being first time cruisers we had to prompt her on everything, including deals from Disney she had NO idea about. When we asked for a break down of our travel plans in a single email she just referred to pass emails, with zero help. After our cruise we were left stranded at the port bc the ground transport she arranged was nowhere to be found. Lorraine had the nerve after to say it was Disney transport and we can't get a refund, yet we were never told how any of our ground transport would get ahold of us, or who they were prior to the trip. Thankfully the trip was amazing bc Disney does a great job, and the only good thing about the trip being over is we no longer have to deal with Lorraine and Avoya. I would NEVER go through Lorraine or Avoya Travel again, and wouldn't suggest my worst enemy us them.
