We are working on a resolution and I appreciate them reaching outI ordered a sample from awardblinds.com, found one that I liked and ordered four blinds in the same color as the sample. I received the blinds and they are a completely different shade of brown than the sample. I sent a picture to them showing how different the color is that I received. They responded that they highly recommend I get a free sample (which I clearly did) and that the actual product can vary immensely.
