I've visited the location for four years without any issues until my latest trip. While the customer service was excellent, my lodge, part of the new range, had several problems. The coat hangers weren't properly installed, causing them to twist when used. The heavy living room curtains were mounted on a weak plastic runner, preventing them from closing correctly. There were no curtains on the doors, compromising privacy while moving between the bedroom and bathroom, and the road was visible. Both bathroom radiators leaked onto the floor, and the dining area window sill fell off when leaned on. The dishwasher door was misaligned, requiring cupboard doors to be opened to access it. The entrance door sagged, leaving a gap at the top that let in cold air. The hot tap for the bath only provided lukewarm water, and there was a protruding screw in the bed frame. The TV couldn't connect to the internet, necessitating the use of my phone's data for functionality. Lastly, the hot tub lacked privacy, being easily seen from the road and neighboring lodges.
