I've been visiting the location for four years without issues until my recent stay. Customer service was excellent, but my lodge had several problems. Coat hangers were poorly installed, causing twisting when used, and the living room curtains were hung incorrectly, preventing proper closure. Missing curtains at the doors compromised privacy, and road visibility was an issue. Both bathroom radiators leaked, and the dining area window sill fell off. The dishwasher door was misaligned, requiring cupboard doors to be opened for access, and the entrance door sagged, letting in cold air. The hot tap only provided lukewarm water, and there was a loose screw in the bed frame. The TV had no internet connection, requiring the use of my phone's data. Lastly, the hot tub lacked privacy, being easily visible from the road and neighboring lodges.

The TV couldn't connect to the internet, necessitating the use of my phone's data for functionality. Lastly, the hot tub lacked privacy, being easily seen from the road and neighboring lodges.
I recently booked a short stay at a resort but unfortunately did so through a third-party platform. After payment, I was informed of an additional charge for my pet, and there was no link for ferry arrangements as there usually is. Shortly after, I realized I had booked the wrong dates and attempted to change them on the platform, only to find out that the resort doesn't accommodate date changes for genuine mistakes. I've learned a few lessons: 1) Choose a reliable booking service. 2) Avoid booking after a long night shift. 3) Read the fine print carefully.
We just spent four nights at a lovely location in The New Forest. Our lodge was exceptionally well-equipped, and we had everything we needed. The hot tub was maintained twice daily, and I couldn't find any faults. The staff were consistently attentive and polite, making our stay enjoyable. It's conveniently close to attractions like Paultons and Peppa Pig World. I highly recommend it and would definitely return.
We had a wonderful time at the Isle of Wight resort. The caravan was spotless and well-equipped. The staff, especially in the restaurant, were outstanding. The food was well-prepared and presented, offering good value for money. The menu had a great variety. Well done!
We spent time at a resort on Mersea Island. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the caravan was clean and comfortable. We faced a minor electrical issue on the first night, but after calling the out-of-hours number, a very helpful person guided me through a fix. The next day, they promptly addressed the electrical fire issue and fixed a flickering light bulb. Overall, it was a quiet and relaxing three-day stay, and I would definitely return. I would suggest that the caravan could use more cooking utensils and an extra frying pan, but we managed.
We booked a chalet at a holiday park in Cornwall and found several issues upon arrival. The entrance had cobwebs, and a piece of timber was hanging from the door frame. Inside, while generally clean, the kitchen extractor fan was dirty and damaged. The seating was low, dated, and uncomfortable, and the bedroom furniture was also in dire need of an update. The bed was uncomfortable, featuring a plastic-coated mattress with a torn sheet. Dining at the restaurant was equally disappointing, as we encountered a dirty table. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place; it needs a significant revamp.
