Firstly was the non existing entertainment in the evening as we were just met with a bar, pool table, few arcade games as most of the machines where not turned on, change machine not working either. Made a complaint on the 3rd day about this still not resolved by day 7 when we left.Caravan was filthy, cobwebs and spiders everywhere. Had to clean caravan before my children came in as have a disabled son.Emailed customer care team on day 3 still no reply, now been 7 days. WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO ROOKLY VILLAGE IOW
