If it were possible to give this company 0 I would. They never get back to you despite promises to do so. They have no coordination between colleagues so nobody knows what is happening to an issue.They promise to get back to you but never do. They have no contact at all with guests other than to take money from them, so if there is an issue it is down to you.Avoid this company like a plague if you wish to rent out a property.
