I ordered one earbud and have proof from my bank account. Then, I received another email indicating I had purchased two additional earbuds without my consent! I reached out to the support team, but they just gave me excuses about final sale policies. I ended up paying for two earbuds I never approved. This is unacceptable! Additionally, out of the three earbuds I've tried, only one works in each set! Caution to potential buyers!
