Unwanted Charges and Product Issues

I ordered one earbud and have proof from my bank account. Then, I received another email indicating I had purchased two additional earbuds without my consent! I reached out to the support team, but they just gave me excuses about final sale policies. I ended up paying for two earbuds I never approved. This is unacceptable! Additionally, out of the three earbuds I've tried, only one works in each set! Caution to potential buyers!

Extremely dissatisfied with these ear buds

I'm extremely dissatisfied with these ear buds. They're uncomfortable and push against my ears. There's no noise cancellation, and the sound quality is awful. It's incredibly frustrating that whatever I’m listening to starts playing when I take them out to charge. I plan to buy a pair of noise-cancelling headphones instead. Don't waste your money!

My go-to ear buds

I use these constantly. I usually dislike in-ear models, but these are a true lifesaver. The music sounds incredibly clear, they're very comfortable even with glasses, and they arrived quickly and well-packaged. Definitely a solid 5-star review from me.

Dismal customer service experience

I agree with others who have had issues. I bought a pair, and one was broken with no sound. When I contacted them, they asked for a video showing the issue, which I couldn't provide. They also said I couldn't return them, and I haven't heard back from them in 3 days after requesting an exchange.

Not worth it after two months

After just two months, one earpiece stopped charging. I contacted the company, and they informed me that they wouldn't provide a replacement or refund since it was out of warranty. Stay away from this product.
