I ordered coilovers from a seller who claimed they were in stock online. Shortly after, I received an email stating they were out of stock and the delivery would take over three weeks. Despite that, I chose to proceed. They arrived in under two weeks, but they were the wrong parts. After admitting their error due to a typing mistake, it took them a week to collect the wrong items and nearly another week to order the correct ones. They did check if I had ordered correctly, which I had, but this delayed everything by over four days. I'm still waiting for the new coilovers, and the time wasted has been frustrating. Although they were polite in communication, the initial claims of stock availability were misleading, and I regret not walking away sooner.
