So i recently bought a car with quite a bit of service history ect, i was told that it had a remap at Awesome but i had no way of confirming this. I needed to buy a clutch and needed one that could handle the power, so i needed to know if indeed a remap had been carried out. So i phoned Awesome with a request to see if it had indeed been tuned. I had very little information but Lisa tried everything she could (spending more time than could reasonably be expected) to find the information i required from Awesome's records with the limited information that i could supply. Lisa could not find the information in Awseome's records and so we ended the phone call but i was very thankful for the effort Lisa had put in. Well, 10 minutes later Lisa phoned me to tell me she had tracked down the info from an external source, and told me exactly what i needed to know, again she had no obligation to do this. So all i can say that if this is the level of customer service i can expect then i would be very happy to entrust my pride and joy to these guys. Lisa you are a credit to the company and you have won a customer today. Chocolate to follow. Oh and i bought the clutch.
