My experience is very negative. Awesomely Terms of Service state that they offer an unconditional 30 day money back guarantee, however they clearly do not wish to honor that. I purchased a program on 9/16/25, reviewed it, and decided it was not for me. I requested a full refund and cancellation via their support email on 10/06/25. I have since been stuck in an email loop with Maia Marzan, who seems to be attempting to sell me another program or delay issuing my refund. It is now 10/10/25. I have replied to three additional emails from Maia, each time I declining the alternative offered and again asking for cancellation and a full refund. It should not be this difficult! I have very little faith that I will receive the refund that is guaranteed and so boldly touted in their advertising. It seems like they are trying to run out the clock on the 30 day window, in order to deny my refund. I do not recommend this company.
