My experience is very negative. Awesomely Terms of Service state that they offer an unconditional 30 day money back guarantee, however they clearly do not wish to honor that. I purchased a program on 9/16/25, reviewed it, and decided it was not for me. I requested a full refund and cancellation via their support email on 10/06/25. I have since been stuck in an email loop with Maia Marzan, who seems to be attempting to sell me another program or delay issuing my refund. It is now 10/10/25. I have replied to three additional emails from Maia, each time I declining the alternative offered and again asking for cancellation and a full refund. It should not be this difficult! I have very little faith that I will receive the refund that is guaranteed and so boldly touted in their advertising. It seems like they are trying to run out the clock on the 30 day window, in order to deny my refund. I do not recommend this company.
I am having a great experience so far with the tax leans scene and it's all because of the effort the whole team is showing toward all of us just starting out. It's great to have all 3 teaching us at the same time, giving different opinions and strategies. Also I love the format of the training. It makes it really easy to tell your in the right place if your looking to swim with the whales so to speak at the very least you know there's plenty of room in this niche for all to have financial freedom. Last but not least. I have received emails from 5 of the people doing this training. The best part is you feel the fire that these folks are trying to get burning beneath us so we can explode into what's next. True and lasting honest wealth. What an awesome company! They are very helpful, their educational products are amazing, fun, easy to understand and well put together. These guys always answer back on email less than 24 hours and are always upbeat! If you’re sitting on the fence about these guys, jump off and move forward. They are everything they say they are! Vince Zaleto is abs the best and most knowledgeable support person I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. The Automated Payment Tools is a new technical space for me. Vince has been so kind, supportive and generous with sharing his endless knowledge. I understand how a knowledgeable support person “can make or brake your willingness to move forward”. Joshua Gavieres did a great job tolerating me. I am old and not familiar with technology. We had a problem with Coinbase that he was able to help me understand and fix. Joshua should be a 5 star employee. I rated Awesomely a 4 star because my experience with the British robot was terrible. He does not understand english very well and was no help.
In a world of AI customer service it’s so refreshing to work with real people! Not just real people but ones who care. I am not tech savvy but have been interested in liquidity pools for about a year. When my first real glitch was something that seemed simple I was nervous about writing for help. Not once, twice but 3, 4 or 5 times! I got easy to understand responses and reassurance that I wasn’t the only person who needed assistance. I was treated like I mattered and they want me to succeed. JP and Lee Arnold make a dynamic team for educating private money lenders. Their dialogue and role plays are instructive and entertaining. There seems to be a glitch right now with the training videos but I am sure they will correct that shortly. Great way to learn!
