This is one of the worst services I’ve ever encountered - it feels more like a scam than a legitimate company. I submitted a standard application and provided my personal details, as required. Within minutes, my application was rejected with a generic message claiming my website “does not meet their quality requirements.” No explanation or criteria were provided. This is not how a trustworthy company operates. They collect personal data, offer no management options, and then reject you with a copy-paste email, leaving you with no control over your information. After researching reviews, it’s clear I’m not alone in this experience. Many users report similar issues - lack of transparency, no support, and questionable handling of personal data. My experience suggests this platform is unreliable. You share your information, get rejected without explanation, and receive nothing in return. Proceed with caution.
This service is merely a discount code affiliate platform, which is not suitable for small to mid-sized businesses. It’s quite expensive. Be certain you want to remain with this service long-term because cancelling is nearly impossible. It's incredibly frustrating!
They keep rejecting our affiliate program requests, claiming they already have too many affiliates. This makes no sense. Are the businesses aware of this? More traffic is beneficial for them... I’ve never heard of a store saying they have too many orders to accept new ones.
Caution is advised; it appears this service may be enabling fraudulent affiliates. We received over 20 fraudulent orders from a single affiliate in two days. Thankfully, we caught it early. There is no phone support and email responses are extremely delayed.
As an advertiser, I am sharing my experience. We had an account for years, but suddenly they added a fixed fee of 200eur per month on top of the already high 30% network fees. This is not reasonable, especially considering we generate barely 200eur in sales monthly. They never promoted our program internally. I absolutely do not recommend this service! Just create your own affiliate program and hire someone to manage it; it will be cheaper.
I have reached out to support multiple times over the past two weeks without a single response. I’m frustrated because I want to keep my merchant account active, yet I keep receiving late payment notices despite my bank account being linked for automated payments. If the system isn’t functioning properly, I would appreciate proper guidance. It’s unreasonable to expect merchants to handle payments manually when the platform promotes automated billing.
