I ordered the replacements for the 902—both color (OEM product) and black (remanufactured). The OEM ink was a fantastic price and works wonderfully. The remanufactured black cartridge fit perfectly, and the printer accepted it without issues. More feedback on the ink quality will follow.
I bought a replacement toner cartridge for my laser printer from this company, under the impression that I was getting an environmentally friendly product. I chose a cartridge that had a photo of the original shipping box, assuming it was an OEM item. To sum it up, what I received was an original cartridge refilled with subpar toner. Customer service claimed the poor print quality was due to my printer, which was not the case. After dealing with poor quality, the toner ran out much sooner than any previous cartridges I’ve used. Frustrated with the lack of quality and responsibility from this company, I requested a refund, but they said the refund period had passed. When I asked for a prepaid return shipping label to recycle the defective cartridge, that request was denied. Based on my experience, I find that this company does not provide reliable products, does not honor its policies, and engages in environmental green-washing. Proceed with caution.
Shipping was slow, and I received expired ink (EXPIRED 5 YEARS AGO). What more could you ask for? Oh, maybe a return label? No return label? I had to pay to send it back. I received a refund, but not for my return shipping costs. It was a waste of time and money. I would advise staying away from this company.
I would prefer to spend more on reputable replacements, but who knows if they are non-remanufactured? I’m really let down by this company. I’ve used remanufactured ink before, but I won’t trust them again. After cleaning my printheads, the prints are still weak and faded, as if the cartridge is low on ink. I WILL be seeking a refund and won't waste time on replacements. Customer service representatives have been decent to deal with.
