Really impressed with the service. Within 2 hours my car was collected, taken to my home, I was given clear instructions what to do next ( take various photos etc). The hire car arrived the next morning and the claim was settled within a couple of weeks ( it was over the Christmas break too) great service. The only issue was I asked for the hire car to be collected a week earlier than planned and this did not happen despite me chasing.
The whole process from the initial contact from AX,updates on the repairs to my vehicle,Courtesy vehicle drop off and pickup has been seamless.You never really know how your insurance will handle a claim until it happens,having AX on board has taken the stress and worry out of the situation completely.A very satisfied customer,once again thank you AX.
