I need insurance for visa application ASAP. I bought on the english language version with the assumption I will be able to download insurance certificate in Spanish, but after payment I got a blank webpage, in my email I got certificate ONLY in English and on their website the only option is to ask customer support to generate new confirmation in Spanish, which takes ages.Very poor service and fake advertisement.
