Non-existing customer service

Non-existing customer service! Stay away! With my experience, 1 star is too much, If 0 is available, then it will be 0 as this company is just money making but their customer service is non- existent. I had use them before, but there was no problem with the whole duration of the travel, so I need not contact them, so I decided to use them once again.But this time, it is different. I ensured 2 people and bought it at the same time together. The 2nd person’s visa was denied/not approved, but the other is approved. I then request, for “refund” for the other person, but AXA’s response is that I can not avail for refund because they don’t do partial refund. I need to send both persons refusal letter. How the hell, I can do that when only 1 is refused and the other one get her visa. Move on, with the no refund. I instead, request for modification, for the policy of the person whose visa is approved. I send the modification request before the suppose start date and I get an auto message that request has been sent. I did not hear from them again. I tried to call, but then I got informed there is no number to call, as costumer service for AXA Schengen is just via mail or the contact link in their web page. Today, I got a message that they can not modify because the date has started already. I then conclude that this company is just their to make money, to get out payment, but when problem arise, they are just washing hands! Stay away! Choose another insurance company.
