We bought a policy SCHMT2024-9132 from them for 360 eur! When applied for reimbursement they just push you around, make you fill the same forms many times with no result. It's been over 2 month since we sent all the documents with no reply and no result! They just completely ignore our requests and phone calls. And the are not 24/7 available by phone!!! Your phone calls are accepted only till 12.00 am. What kind of service is this?We demand FULL REFUND of our initial payment!!!Avoid this company! It's a scam!
